On November 10th 2009, as part of Festival of Ideas, IRISS and NES are running two workshops on ‘Empowering through information and knowledge’, focusing on the tools, information, skills and behaviours that can help service users and carers.

We are conducting the survey as part of the implementation of the Knowledge Management Strategy for Social Services, we are conducting a very short survey about the  resources available on Social Services Knowledge Scotland (SSKS).  Your answers will help us prioritise the development of content for SSKS.
