Re-imagining workforce development and planning for social services

Michelle Drumm | May 13, 2011

Anna Fowlie, CEO at the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) has recently blogged on the ‘Re-imagining’ project, explaining more about it, where they currently are with it, and what is planned for it.

The principle underlying it is that there are major challenges facing social services, which can only be met by having a confident, skilled and valued workforce, and that now is the time to have a fresh look at how things are done in Scotland.

The SSSC are welcoming views, comments and discussions around it.

The blog post is available on the SSSC website.
