Youngest of six
Seen as a burden
To those that I love
Too loud and annoying
Who always needs help
And cannot fend for themselves
I am a girl
Playing by herself
Being seen but not heard
By my siblings playing together
If I could do one thing
It would be to make someone happy
I am an adult
Although still quite young
But committed none the less
I am a carer
With an โAโ qualification
Looking after young people
I am a professional
Attending their meetings
Helping make the decisions
In my young peoples lives
If I could do one thing
It would be to make someone happy
To see them smile
Knowing that down to me
Even if itโs just for a short
Moment of time
