THE VENUE<\/strong><\/p>\n

The symposium is being held in the Institute for Advanced Studies <\/strong>which is in the James Weir Building<\/strong>, University of Strathclyde. The IAS provide a map<\/a>. The James Weir building is on Montrose Street<\/strong> and on a hill that is quite steep. The entrance is on the left hand side of the street if you’re walking up the hill from George Street. Once in the James Weir there are two ways to the IAS office: either take the stairs on your right (you’ll see a sign for the IAS – it’s a couple of flights up); or take the lift on the left of the lobby to the first floor (turn left out of the lift and down the corridor: the IAS office is on your right).<\/p>\n
