At the recent Primecare Dementia Design Meetings, we discussed feedback as a way for clients and carers to be part of staff supervision.<\/p>\n

We decided that feedback wasn’t a one-way system, but actually it’s really important for individuals and their families to know and understand what is being done as a result of their feedback.<\/p>\n
