Having been involved in the Reshaping Care programme of work now for 18 months I kept hearing about the difficulties providers had in recruiting staff who had \u2018fit\u2019 with their organisation and once they had recruited staff sometimes retaining those staff for a variety of reasons was also difficult. Hence the idea of values based recruitment.
