This project focuses on the Early Stage Support Service for people with Dementia in Dundee.\u00a0This model of post-diagnostic support focuses on peer support and meaningful activities and engagement.\u00a0 This project aims to measure the outcomes for people with dementia and their carers as well as to assess the cost-effectiveness of this form of support.<\/p>\n

October Knowledge Exchange Event<\/strong><\/p>\n

Gabrielle presented a preliminary overview of her research our first Knowledge Exchange event in October 2012.\u00a0 The PROP practitioner-researchers were asked to present on their impressions of the research process and to give a short outline of their research.\u00a0 Audio recording are available of both these presentations.<\/p>\n
