Thanks to everyone who submitted barriers they experienced that prevent young people leaving care maintaining positive, nurturing relationships. We received a whole bunch of barriers and are in the process of choosing a range that teams could respond to at the JAM. If you have submitted an application we will be in touch as soon as possible to let you know whether you have been successful or not.
