If so, we The Institute for Research and Innovation in Social Services (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.iriss.org.uk\/\">IRISS<\/a>), would like to work with you on this project.<\/p>\n<p>This project provides a space where people can:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.iriss.org.uk\/relationships-matter\/evidence\/\">Read<\/a> about what can support long lasting relationships<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.iriss.org.uk\/relationships-matter\/evidence\/submit-your-evidence-2\/\">Submit<\/a> evidence (including success stories) about what positively supports workers relationships with young people<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.iriss.org.uk\/relationships-matter\/jam\/jam-application\/\">Apply<\/a> to challenge a barrier that is faced when trying to maintain positive nurturing relationships with young people who are leaving care by 14<sup>th<\/sup> November<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Successful applicants will receive an invitation to attend the Relationships Matter Jam and define and develop ideas that challenge the barrier you experience. We will share all the ideas developed at the Jam session on this website, and expect people who attend to explore how their idea can be embedded in practice.
