The UK Access All Areas Policy Initiative aims to improve outcomes for looked after young people and care leavers by \u201ccare proofing\u201d policy for care leavers into adulthood. This campaign<\/a>\u00a0has had some degree of success in putting the issues and needs of care leavers at the heart of UK government policy considerations.
