    An exciting opportunity to improve your knowledge on end of life/palliative care for patients that we care for in various settings within healthcare, how it affects them, their families and carers. A variety of speakers from acute and primary care will share their expertise and knowledge to enhance your care and experience in this emotive phase of care for all concerned.
