So, rather than have 20 people from all over Scotland gather in Edinburgh why not set up up webinar and have everyone join in from their workplace? It would save staff time, travel time and travel costs.
The time comes for the meeting and one participant calls to so say that her IT department has not enabled WebEx so she can’t join in. She explains that her IT department enables access on request but disables it after the meeting is over.
It’s depressing enough to think that it’s someone’s job to enable WebEx, but it’s more depressing to think that it’s also their job to disable it!
