What if tending to a community garden could promote exercise, reduce isolation and also help older people who can\u2019t tend their garden anymore enjoy the flowers?<\/p>\n<p>Healthier Fleetwood also focuses on an asset based approach to wellness which asks \u2018what makes you well\u2019 rather than focusing on illness.
