On 28 October 2015, Iriss had a launch event to showcase the findings of The View from Here project. The event:

  • shared the quantitative and qualitative findings of the project
  • provided an overview of the frontline worker perspective
  • celebrated the work of the social services workforce
  • challenged people to consider what needs to happen in order to maintain a competent, confident and valued workforce

We spoke to a number of people about the findings:

We audio recorded all the presentations from the day.
